Roller hearth furnaces

Our roller hearth furnaces, type DORES, are suitable for heat treatment of flat, thin-walled components, used for example in roller bearings, clutches, car engines etc., or used as diaphragm springs. The parts from Ø 42 mm move on small individually driven rolls without gratings or other supports through the furnace space with protective gas.

Output from the furnace is made pulsed in fast traverse into the following quenching facility. Here a combination with a hardening press or gas quenching station is possible.

As high temperature transportation system we are using the make Rollmod®.
We will design the plant for you depending on required throughput performance of the type of heat treatment or will give you a recommendation for the optimum furnace design.
